Executive Summary

The proposed business is a one-stop for football related activities centre where consumers can immerse themselves in all football related activities. The most important trends in the industry right now are providing customers satisfaction and fun while watching live telecast matches. We’ve therefore seen an increase in live telecasts at popular nightspots and cafes as well as a government initiative to install big screens at strategic locations for match screenings.

Footy Futsal will be divided into 2 zones, Zone A and Zone B. Indoor Football (futsal) is the focus of the Zone A. This area will be described to you in the further detail in the proposal.

Zone B will encompass a café with live telecast matches, foosball, networking games via Playstation consoles and PC’s, and the Memorabilia with football-related merchandises from clubs and countries around the world.

Footy Futsal will be the one stop arena for die-hard extreme sports enthusiasts and budding enthusiasts alike to hang out with people who are as passionate as the sports as they are.

Footy Futsal will be the one stop place for family, where family members can spend and enjoy their weekend while parents can have good meal at a café and the children can enjoy vast types of activities or maybe the whole family can enjoy it together.

The ultimate aim of Footy Futsal is to promote the healthy way of living among Malaysian Youth, and cultivate potential talent that will one day help make Malaysia a football powerhouse and other related sports.
